In-Person & Telehealth Services
I offer both in-person sessions in Costa Mesa and telehealth therapy across California. Each session is typically 50 minutes and tailored to support your unique needs in a convenient, accessible, and confidential setting. My in-person space is designed to feel calm and welcoming, with soft lighting, soothing tea, fidget tools, coloring books, and workbooks so our sessions don’t have to be just talk. These tools may help you stay grounded, engaged, and actively involved in your growth.
Rates
50 Minute Individual Therapy Session: $165
Additional time outside of sessions will be charged at a 15-minute increments.
Superbills are available upon request. They can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement of out-of-network therapy services.
